    NOTE - With a credit card, there is an additional $10 surcharge to cover transaction fees.

Member:   $275 + $10.00 PayPal Fee  = $285
Non-Member:    $405 + $10.00 PayPal Fee  = $415
Guest Fee:    $70  +   $5.00 PayPal Fee  = $75

NOTE: Please register each guest separately. Guest fee includes admission to all meals, receptions and dinner.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A processing fee of $20.00 will be charged for cancellation prior to March 27, 2017. No refunds available after that date, but alternate registrant(s) may attend the meeting.
